Sirat Ibn Hisham, also known as the Life of the Prophet, is a biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) written by Ibn Hisham (died 833 CE).
It is considered one of the most authoritative and comprehensive biographies of the Prophet, and it has been translated into many languages and is widely read by Muslims around the world.
The book is based on the earlier work of Ibn Ishaq (died 767 CE), which is now lost.
